Specialized 3L Tech Jacket
$500.00
There are jackets, and then there are jackets that you can use in the backcountry. Not surprisingly, cycling jackets haven't historically focused on the latter. That is, until now. Specialized collaborated with the snow icons at 686 to create a jacket that can laugh in the face of almost any condition, while still retaining all of the fit and functionality required of cycling. The result? The 686 x Specialized 3L Tech Jacket. Starting with the materials, it features a three-layer woven fabric shell with the venerable infiDRY 20. Now, this might sound thick and cumbersome, but really, it's no different than what's found on some of your favorite outerwear. Almost paper thin, the exterior layer handles wind and water resistance (20,000mm), while the intermediary layer consists of a breathable membrane (20,000gm2) that keeps vapor moving up and out of the bibs to eliminate any clammy sensations. Lastly, the interior layer is designed to be soft against the skin to increase the comfort of the piece as a whole. The end result? You're guaranteed to ride dry and with a consistent level of warmth and protection. Never satisfied, Specialized worked to improve ventilation even more, so you'll find Air-Flo upper arm vents that are designed for singlehanded use. They moved on to keeping snow and moisture out of the jacket, which meant incorporating fully taped waterproof seams and water-resistant zippers. There's also an adjustable powder skirt to keep snow from entering at the backside, adjustable Lycra sleeve gussets to interface with gloves, an adjustable hem with a fold-out spray skirt for wet, muddy conditions, and a hood with a rain visor. You'll also find an internal audio pocket, while the back features a double-sided SWAT access pocket for the ultimate in protective storage. And knowing that you'll be taking this jacket deep into the wild, they even built-in a critical safety feature, RECCO Advanced Avalanche Rescue Technology. - Three-layer woven shell fabric with infiDRY 20 (20,000mm water-resistance / 20,000gm2 breathability) is light and airy, keeping you protected from the elements without sacrificing comfort or breathability. - Fully taped waterproof seams and water-resistant exposed zippers protect common points of water infiltration, keeping you dry and protected as you ride. - Air-Flo upper arm vents are designed for singlehanded use, giving you the ability to dump heat on-the-fly with ease. - Mesh vented pocket provides ample storage for your ride essentials or nutrition. - Internal audio pocket safely secures your electronics away from the elements, making it simple and safe to listen to your tunes while you're out on the trail. - Adjustable powder skirt with Lycra stretch panel prevents any snow from creeping up or down your back, whether it's from wheel-spray, hiking through powder, or the inevitable bail. - Adjustable Lycra sleeve gussets interface perfectly with gloves, so you won't experience any unwanted drafts at the sleeve openings. - Equipped with RECCO Advanced Avalanche Rescue Technology, 3M reflective cuff tabs and trims increase your visibility to other riders or motorists in low-light conditions. - Adjustable hood with rain visor keeps water from seeping into the neck opening, as well as keeping your head nice and dry. - Reflective sleeve pull-tabs enable you to dial-in the fit, while also increasing your visibility to others. Adjustable hem with fold-out spray skirt prevents moisture buildup from entering the jacket. - Double-sided SWAT access and vent zipper on the back make accessing jersey or bib pockets a breeze when you have gloves on. - Relaxed Fit is comfortable and loose against the body, allowing for ample layering underneath.

ROCKA. The name from the motorcycling culture of the mid-twentieth century, the Rockers, who’d don leather biking jackets with wraparound buttoned collars. Famed Savile Row tailor Timothy Everest helped shape the collar and inspire the contrasting two-tone material, much like suits he makes for his bespoke clients. The fabric? An evolution of the same legendary rain battling water/wind-resistant textile that Castelli’s Gabba is built from, with a more defined silhouette than that distinctly race-edged piece. Short sleeves allow for greater versatility in the changing conditions we often encounter during the colder seasons. - Gore Windstopper X-Lite fabric: windproof, water repellent, breathable - The cut is designed to give a more defined silhouette - Black reflective piping at hem for low light visibility

Specialized 3L Tech Bibs
$450.00
When you're riding snow-covered trails, you're going to meet many of the same distinct issues that plague skiers and snowmobilers alike, and that's snow infiltrating your clothing. So when Specialized partnered with 686 to create a line of winter clothing, they thought, what better place to start than with the 686 x Specialized 3L Tech Bibs?. Starting with the materials, they feature a three-layer woven fabric shell with the venerable infiDRY 20. Now, three layers might sound thick and cumbersome, but really, this material is no different than what's found on some of your favorite jackets or pants. Almost paper thin, the exterior layer handles wind and water resistance (20,000mm), while the intermediary layer consists of a highly breathable membrane (20,000gm2) that keeps vapor moving up and out of the bibs to eliminate any clammy sensations. Lastly, the interior layer is designed to be soft against the skin, greatly increasing the comfort of the piece as a whole. The end result? You're guaranteed to ride dry and with a consistent level of warmth and protection. Moving on to the construction, you'll find that all of the seams are fully taped and waterproof, while even the exposed zippers are treated to be water-resistant. Taking this a step further, the bibs also include leg gaiters with Lycra stretch panels and a bootlace hook. Together, this system works to keep snow and moisture from traveling up the pants. Meanwhile, however, the natural bib design with malleable elastic suspenders prevents snow from entering the suit at the waist—especially when paired with a jacket. And lastly, they built the 3L Tech bibs with a relaxed fit that accommodates layering, so you're always going to have a healthy amount of room for a full range of movement in the saddle. There's also a leg gusset with an invisible zipper closure, plus a rear SWAT pocket to house your ride essentials or nutrition while out on the trail. - Leg gaiter with Lycra stretch panel and bootlace hook creates a tight seal at the leg opening, which ensures that no snow or water will seep up the leg as you ride. - Ghetto Slit leg gusset with invisible zipper closure creates a full range of movement for your pedal stroke, while also bolstering the strength of the construction. - Rear SWAT pocket intuitively and securely houses your ride essentials. - Elastic suspenders allow you to dial-in the fit of the bibs, and they're soft against the skin in order to reduce the risk of chafing or abrasion. - Vented thigh pockets add extra ventilation to prevent heat buildup under hard efforts. - Relaxed Fit is comfortable and loose against the body, allowing for ample layering underneath.

Specialized Deflect Reflect Hybrid Jacket
$400.00
Making a jacket that does one thing well is pretty easy. Making a jacket that does one thing perfectly is pretty hard. And making a jacket does everything exceptionally is next to impossible. Well, you could say that they specialize in the impossible, because the new Deflect Reflect Hybrid Jacket flawlessly performs a bevy of duties, from protection to visibility. Starting with protection, it's made from Specialized's wind- and water-resistant Deflect material. This fabric is extremely lightweight and breathable, so you won't ever experience that rainforest feeling in high humidity conditions. But if things do start to heat up while you're throwing down the watts, they've included two front vents, a large back vent, and laser perforated exhaust points throughout the jacket. To keep water out, the jacket also features adjustable wrist seals, a zipper garage at the collar, a drop tail to deflect road-spray, and an adjustable drawcord hem. Specialized also designed this jacket to be extremely versatile, and to complement this, the sleeves are made to be completely removable. This way, you're able to wear it as a jacket when it's pouring, and then zip off the sleeves and stow them away after you catch a break in the weather. Now, to tackle the "reflect" portion of the title, this jacket features a Schoeller fabric with 3M reflective technology that takes millions of microscopic glass beads and permanently seals them to the fabric structure. As you can imagine, this feature will increase your visibility to others on the road when it encounters light. And better yet, this benefit will not wash out over time.
Castelli Elemento Lite W Jacket
$399.99
Inspired by our favorite puffy jackets, we've made the cycling equivalent with a lot of warmth and minimal weight. But while your traditional down jacket is down proof to keep the feathers from escaping and hence offers very low breathability, our synthetic down allows us to make the textile layers air permeable for excellent breathability. The construction is much more similar to that of an insulated alpine shell, with an insulation layer sandwiched between woven inner and outer layers. Unlike with most mountain jackets, the woven shell isn't completely windproof, but instead, we've left a small amount of permeability. The small amount of air that gets into the jacket picks up the moisture and evaporates it more efficiently than any membrane fabric available. The middle layer is a puffy insulation layer that we make in polypropylene partly because it's insanely light (specific gravity 0.6g) but also because it won't pick up moisture from either sweat or rain. These limited-stretch fabrics require a new cut, so this one fits slightly looser than your race jacket. If your winter goals are new Strava PRs rather than winning races in the spring and summer, you're better served by the Alpha Light Jacket or a Perfetto. But if your goals involve a real rather than virtual finish line, this jacket will make your winter riding better. - 3-layer insulated construction with engineered air permeability gives our best combination of warmth, breathability and light weight - Japanese-made air-permeable woven-textured nylon outer shell with water-repellent finish - Polypropylene synthetic down insulation layer provides warmth while allowing full breathability without any water absorption - 3 rear pockets with reflective gusset at bottom - 3 rear pockets with reflective gusset at bottom - Inner waist closure allows you to block out drafts (closed) or allow extra breathability (open)
Castelli Idro Pro 2 Jacket
$399.99
Light, packable, highly breathable, durably waterproof, and aero fitting—this is the first piece that brings all those features together into a jacket made for the rider who has to (or chooses to) ride in any weather conditions. When GORE-TEX introduced SHAKEDRY technology two seasons ago, we immediately saw the opportunity to make waterproof jackets lighter than ever. And then we tested it and realized that we’re also able to make them more breathable than ever. Now, thanks to Gore’s new Topo inserts we’re able to bring a close fit and extreme packability to a jacket that’s fully protective for all-day riding in the rain. We’ve given it two external pockets so you don’t have to unzip to reach your jersey pockets. We’ve given it a longer tail to shield you from the spray coming off your back wheel. We’ve given it a soft neck liner. And we’ve given it reflectivity for safety. Compared to our Idro 2 jacket, this is more of a workhorse jacket. It’s made for the rider who leaves his house for an all-day ride in the rain, for the rider whose jacket is a necessity and not a piece that stays in a pocket until it’s needed. - GORE-TEX SHAKEDRY 2-layer ultralight waterproof breathable fabric - Stretch Gore water- and windproof inserts at elbow, shoulder and side panel - Stretch wrist closure eliminates flapping fabric yet facilitates ingress/egress - YKK Vislon waterproof zipper - 2 external rear pockets - Silicone elastic waistband - Fully taped seams for total waterproof construction - Reflective trim - Packs up small to easily store in jersey pocket
Castelli J/J Jersey Jacket 1.62
$350.00
Modern fabric technology has allowed us to create a garment that can neither be defined as a jersey or a jacket. In the past, long sleeve jerseys had a fairly small operational temperature range, needing layering underneath or over the top to handle the fluctuating conditions. Meanwhile, a jacket more often than not ends up being too hot under effort. The J/J bridges the gap with a starkly unique construction and an equivalent aesthetic. - Warmer than a jersey, less hot and restrictive than a jacket - Debossed logos and woven label - Black reflex piping at rear hem
Pearl Izumi Women's Pursuit / BLACK Softshell 180 Jacket
$350.00
The magic of fully bonded seams and soft Italian fabric delivers the luxurious combination of contour following fit and next-level comfort. Longer sleeves with raw-edge hems provide modern style and articulated raglan construction creates a natural close to body fit through the shoulders in the cycling position. - PI / BLACK Transfer fabric provides luxurious durability - Fully-bonded stretch seams for superior all-day comfort - Anatomic articulated raglan construction optimizes fit in the cycling position - Raw-edge sleeves with low profile silicone grippers transition seamlessly to skin - Subtle BioViz black reflectives provide low-light visibility - One hand easy venting auto-lock zipper and three back pockets - 86% nylon 14% LYCRA/UPF 50+ - Garment Weight (Size M): 114 g
Castelli Alpha RoS Jacket
$349.99
When we came out with the original Alpha Jacket, we wrote, Throw out everything you think you know about cycling jackets. We’ve done it once again. So throw out everything you think you know about cycling jackets. We started by keeping everything that made the original Alpha Jacket your favorite dry-weather jacket: the two-layer construction to separate the insulation layer from the outer shell, the double front opening to diffuse the cold air when you open up to ventilate, the excellent breathability, the flat wrist and waist openings, the articulated collar, the insanely soft stretch fabrics, and the great fit. By using Gore’s new Windstopper light rain-resistant membrane and DWR treatment, selective seam sealing, careful seam placement and construction, and a waterproof YKK Vislon zipper, we’ve made the jacket essentially waterproof while not compromising the characteristics that made it such a great dry-weather jacket. It’s a significant step toward Castelli’s goal of making clothing that performs impeccably in the dry but offers complete water protection in the rain. And it will make your riding enjoyable, rain or shine. - Rain or Shine engineering provides insulation and breathability for cold and dry rides, with effective waterproofing for wet rides - Gore Windstopper 150 fabric provides wind protection with high breathability and effective rain protection - Seam sealing on shoulders, reduced seaming and double stitching keep you mostly dry - Alpha construction separates wind/water protection layer from insulating layer for better ventilation and moisture evaporation - Raw-edge waist lies flat and moves with you - Raw-edge wrist cuffs lie flat for a perfect interface with gloves - Stretch fabrics with advanced patterning make for an excellent close-to-body fit that still accommodates a wide range of body types - 3 rear pockets with reflective laser-cut drain holes

Assos MILLE GT Jacket Ultraz Winter
$349.00
Built for the coldest, harshest winter conditions, the Ultraz Winter Jacket keeps you out on the road, regardless of what Mother Nature has in store. For the most demanding winter conditions that send most cyclists into retreat mode—or back to the rollers—the Ultraz Jacket is ready to get on with it outside, right where you belong. At the wind-facing front panel, Assos used their NEOS Ultra textile—a lightweight 2L softshell with PU bonded membrane that’s water-resistant and 100% windproof—to ensure this element-facing section of your upper body remains fully protected from snow, rain, road spray, biting winds, and low temperatures. Assos then turned up the heat by mating this Ultra membrane with our highly insulating, breathable brushed RX, ensuring your core remains dry and warm. NEOS Light was added to the tops of the arms and shoulders, with a light brushed treatment on the interior for added protection and comfort.

Castelli Body Warmer Mk2 1.72
$285.00
The 1.72 Bodywarmer Mk2 used highly technical fabrics: 90g/m2 3-layer eVent windproof breathable fabric on the front, and highly water-repellent stretch woven fabric on the back, the same material used to make the magic swimsuits that smashed world records. The combination of these two materials means warmth and protection on the front and enough breathability on the back to let the sweat out while being nearly waterproof throughout. The higher neck makes you feel more protected and warmer, a full-length lightweight silk-effect YKK zipper, and two pockets on the back, as sometimes you’re forced to wear it for longer than anticipated and it’s good to have access to supplies if needed. Because of the minimal construction, you’ll want to keep heavier stuff in the inside jersey pockets. The 1.72 Bodywarmer Mk2 will become an essential part of your cycling life for years to come. Make the middle back pocket of your jersey its home.

Whether you're fat biking or exploring in the backcountry this winter, you'll benefit from the fruits of Specialized's collaboration with 686. In this case, we're talking about the 686 x Specialized Tech Insulator. Starting at the exterior, you'll find that the Tech Insulator is constructed from a woven fabric that's been given a DWR coating, making it water-resistant. Moving beyond this layer of the jacket, they've incorporated 100g Primaloft insulation to keep you consistently warm both under effort and when relaxed. Primaloft was chosen for its ultralight weight, breathability, pack-ability, and high warmth-to-weight ratio. Essentially, this all adds up to a dependable insulation layer that will never leave you feeling clammy or cold. Furthering this, the jacket includes an adjustable hood for when conditions get particularly cold, as well as Lycra wrist gaiters that interface perfectly with gloves. And knowing that this jacket will most likely be used in nasty conditions, it also features a foldout spray skirt and 3M reflective trims that will increase your visibility to other riders and motorists in low-light conditions. In terms of fit and feel, underarm stretch panels have been incorporated in order to promote a complete, uninhibited range of motion while riding or hiking the bike. It's also been given Relaxed Fit, which means that it will fit loosely on the body to leave plenty of room for additional layers. Storage of your ride essentials will be handled by internal mesh storage pockets, and there's also a SWAT access pocket at the rear for use with SWAT bib shorts or other SWAT-equipped pieces in the 686 x Specialized line of clothing. - Woven fabric with DWR treatment repels water, leaving you dry and comfortable without having to sacrifice breathability. - 100g Primaloft insulation is ultra-lightweight, highly breathable, and quite efficient at trapping air to keep you warm and insulated from the elements. - Adjustable hood and hem provide added warmth and weather protection for your head, as well as minimizing the possibility of wind entering the Insulator. - Underarm stretch panels provide flexibility in the construction, allowing a full range of movement when you're all zipped-up. - Lycra wrist gaiters interface perfectly with gloves, which prevents any drafts or cold air from seeping in at the sleeve openings. - Internal mesh storage pocket safely and securely houses your ride essentials or nutrition. - 3M reflective trims increase your visibility to other trail users or motorists in low-light conditions. - One chest zip pocket and two front zip pockets house your large and small ride essentials. - Fold-out spray skirt allows you to block unwanted moisture at the hands of wheel-spray when you need to, and hides it away when you don't. - Rear SWAT pocket access permits you to access your jersey or bib pockets easily with gloves on. - Relaxed Fit is comfortable and loose against the body, allowing for ample layering underneath.

Surly Canvas Riding Jacket
$250.00
Those who are familiar with our customs and philosophy on clothing probably can figure out a few things about our Canvas Riding Jacket. It’s not made of space-age polymers and it most certainly does not follow the traditional technicolor dreamcoat aesthetic that most cycling oriented garments seem to go for. It’s a jacket that’s more suited for life on a bike than actual ‘bike-rides.’ Our Canvas Riding Jacket is – you guessed it – waxed cotton canvas on the outside with a 100% Merino wool liner in the body of the jacket and a Polyester liner in the sleeves to prevent bunching. The waxed canvas gives you protection from the elements while the liner is light to make the jacket better for layering. And it’s wool, so you’ve got that going for you. There is a two-way zipper and a Fonzarelli-approved collar so you’ll always look cool, regardless of whether or not you’re freezing your ass off standing around a bonfire in the middle of February. There is also a hidden chest pocket for small items like phones, cold looking hamsters, used or unused chewing gum, cigarette butts, basically anything that’ll fit. We’ve made a couple updates to our initial design like improved snaps, separate, fleece-lined hand warmer pockets and a slightly less tapered cut at the waist.

Castelli Alpha RoS W Light Jacket
$249.99
RoS stands for Rain or Shine. It’s a label we give our most advanced products that excel in both dry and wet conditions. For dry conditions, you’re looking for comfort along with breathability to prevent you from getting wet and chilled from the inside. But with wet-weather clothing, you’re looking for protection that will help you stay warm by keeping the rain out and letting sweat escape. The Alpha RoS W Light Jacket ticks both of those boxes. Both the front and back materials represent a significant step forward in rain protection. These fabrics are used with reduced seaming and seam-sealing where necessary. We call this functional waterproofing because while we don’t guarantee that no drop will ever enter the jacket, we promise you that this is our best effort to keep you warm and dry in the widest range of conditions. - Lightweight double-layer wind jersey with significant rain protection  - Windstopper 150 front and sleeves  - Nano Flex Xtra Dry back for the most significant nonmembrane water protection available  - ProSecco Strada inner liner with 2nd front zip  - Waterproof YKK Vislon zipper  - Articulated collar that fits better whether you’re standing or riding  - Front zippered pocket  - 3 rear pockets with reflective laser-cut drain holes  - Raw-edge waist lies flat and moves with you  - Advanced patterning makes for excellent close-to-body fit

Castelli Pro Fit Light Rain Jacket
$249.99
We made this as an aero rain jacket for Team Ineos. The high-stretch fabrics with a smooth face make this our most aero race option. But it's good for so much more: it's packable and fits in a jersey pocket, it's fully waterproof and seam-sealed to keep the rain out, and it features a long tail to protect you from wheel spray, while the external pockets are handy for stashing food. The sleeves have a three-layer fabric for comfort on the skin, while the inner textile layer is eliminated on the main body to save weight and keep the piece compact for packability. The downside is that the PU membrane means it isn't as breathable as a Perfetto or Gabba, so this isn't as good for long, steady medium-intensity rides. Oh, and keep in mind that it's cut for a skin-tight fit on WorldTour riders—you've been warned. - Pocketable stretch fit waterproof jacket - Torrent Stretch 2-layer fabric in body for lightweight compactability - Torrent Stretch 3-layer fabric slides easily over bare arms - Stretch aero fit - 3 rear pockets with Gabba-style tail - YKK Vislon zipper - Seam-sealed for waterproofness

Assos MILLE GT Jacket Spring Fall
$229.00
As a stalwart in the MILLE GT collection, this jacket employs a specifically engineered fabric that is both windproof and water-resistant, while still being lightweight and breathable—all at a great price. Taking design and engineering inspiration from the iconic falkenZahn gilet, the hydrophilic membrane on the front panels of this jacket gives increased wind and water resistance to protect you when the weather is bad. Knowing that spring and fall riding also sees the mercury rise, Assos included their opulent RX brushed fabric on the lower of the front of this jacket to elevate breathability and comfort—its brushed finish also doubles as supreme insulation when needed. Taking the breathability of the jacket to the next level, Assos used their lightweight summer jersey Stripe Tex fabric on the arms. Lightweight, protective and breathable, this jacket is the zenith of Assos' engineering abilities. For you, it’s a jacket that will keep you warm on those chilly mornings without running the risk of overheating as the temperature and ride intensity increases. Sounds like a good call for any ride carried out away from the heat of summer.

And to further this jacket's insulating properties, they also constructed select panels from Specialized's warming Therminal fabric. Both materials possess the perfect amount of stretch, which complements the articulated cycling cut of the jacket. Essentially, this all adds up to a complete freedom of movement throughout the motions of cycling, which equates to the elimination of any rubbing, pinching, or chafing. The Element 1.5 also includes other weather-fighting properties, like an offset front zipper that prevents drafts and keeps the zipper off of your chin.
